Amanda

Hi! My name is Amanda, and I graduated from Harvard in 2021 where I studied Chemistry, Psychology, and Spanish. I am originally from Boston, MA, and am currently living in Paris through a scholarship. I am applying to medical school and enjoying all of the beauty that Paris has to offer!

I have a lot of experience in pet-sitting. I have volunteered for my local animal shelter and taken care of all of their animals. I have also pet-sat for friends and family growing up. Lastly, I have taken care of many of my own pets, including 3 hamsters, 3 german shepherds, 2 cats, 2 birds, 2 bunnies, and 2 ducks! I currently have a 100 pound, 3 year old german shephered named Kye. She is an energetic and loving pup, and I have much experience entertaining, walking, and caring for her!

I want to pet-sit because I love caring for animals, and I miss my dog dearly. I would enjoy taking your dog on nice long walks and entertaining them with their favorite activities. I am very caring, loving, and gentle, and would love your dog as if they were my own. 

Availability: Mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Services: 

Dog walking: Walks can be as short or as long as you want for your pup. I can walk them around your neighborhood, walk them through a park, or bring them to a dog park - whatever you are most comfortable with for your pup! I have a lot of expereince handling large, reactive, and energetic dogs!

Pet sitting (at pup's home - my apartment unfortunately does not allow pets!), grooming at pup's home, medication administration. During pet sitting, I can stay at the pup's home for as long as you need. I tutor from home for a couple of hours each day, and could easily do this inbetween walking and playing with your pup, for example. While at your home, I could also help with other chores, like watering plants and bringing in the mail.
