Aditi

Bonjour! Je m'appelle Aditi et je suis une étudiante en beaux-arts de 22 ans. (J'apprends encore le français alors excusez les erreurs). Mon bébé labrador de 2 ans est à la maison, en Inde. Il s'appelle Popcorn et il me manque beaucoup. Je l'emmenais courir tous les soirs et me promener le matin. Il aimait apprendre des tours et jouer à cache-cache. C'est la première fois que je suis loin de lui.

For the last 2 years, I have been Popcorn's primary care taker, from feeding him, give him any medicines he needs on time, giving him a shower to taking him for the much needed exercise and socialising him to other dogs. I have learned how to distract him when he gets hyper or motivate him to come home when he doesn't want his walk to be over. Being a dog parent makes you responsible with so much love in return.

I even taught him names of animals and other dogs in addition to commands like sit, eat, stay, bark, lie down, turn around, jump, run, etc.

So, I think dog walking would be a good way for me to earn some pocket money because I adore dogs and walking around Paris is one of my favourite activities. :)

(And I would also miss Popcorn a little less)

Services offered: Dog walking, bathing, pet sitting

I would prefer to take care of vaccinated dogs and I'm comfortable handling puppies as well as big dogs since I've taken care of my Labrador for over 2 years.

Dog walking: 1 hour or more depending on the dog's needs.

Home visit/House sitting: I can take care of your pet for 5 hours or more if I'm available that day. I can feed the pet, water your plants, organise things if that needs to be done. There will be extra charges for organising.

I'm don't leave the pet alone unless they are sleeping to make sure they're aren't getting into trouble hehe. My mother says I'm over protective but I think it's good.

Shower: I'm very used to giving my Labrador baby a shower, that includes any medicine that he might need to have on his skin if the vet instructs me to do so.

I would play and have tricks to give oral medicines if he got fussy about eating them.

I firmly believe pets need to be taught good behaviour through positive reinforcement, not through scolding.
