We left our dog and parrot with Quentin on the way to a skiing trip in the Alps, they stayed with Quentin for a week. Communication was very good and the whole process was really smooth. We talked on the phone before and received references, as it was Quentin's first Pawshake experience.
We received daily photos of Archie walking in the woods. A week later the reunification was very casual, as if we left an hour earlier - a sign Archie had a great time with Quentin!
For the parrot, it is very difficult to take care of him as he doesn't like strangers (he bites!). But Quentin managed really well, after the week the parrot had beautiful shiny feathers (sign he is happy) and after returning home directly came to us giving kisses (sign he is in good shape).
Thank you Quentin and if we are ever in the area, we will 100% book animal boarding with you again!
