Your dog walking questions answered
On average, a dog walk lasts for 30 minutes. If you have any special requirements, you can also discuss them with the sitter, who can then adjust the dog walk to suit your dog.
Pawshake only accepts sitters who have experience and/or qualifications caring for pets. You will get to search, choose and have a free meet and greet with your dog walker prior to making a booking.
During the dog walking booking, your sitter will walk and engage with your dog on a safe route. Your dog walker will also not let your dog off lead unless they have previously discussed it with you and they are in an appropriate area.
Our dog walkers are flexible and can cater the walks to suit your dog's needs. If your dog is selective about walking with other dogs or you prefer for your dog to be walked alone, be sure to mention this to your dog walker.
