Animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by pets of all kinds, including cats, dogs, hens, and ducks, which taught me from a young age how to respect animals, understand their needs, and care for them with patience and kindness. Over the years, this love only deepened. I spent more than five years caring for horses, gaining hands-on experience with animals that require consistency, confidence, and attentive daily care.

Alongside this, I have regularly dog-sat for neighbours and work colleagues, providing walks, feeding, companionship, and reassurance while their owners were away. I also have experience with dog walking and understand how important exercise, routine, and positive interaction are for a dog’s wellbeing. Volunteering in several animal shelters has further strengthened my skills and compassion, exposing me to animals with different backgrounds, temperaments, and needs. wellbeing. Through volunteering in several animal shelters, I have worked with animals who had behavioural challenges, anxiety, or were shy and fearful, learning how to approach them calmly, build trust, and adapt my care to their individual needs.

I have cared for animals of all ages, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior pets who need a gentler pace, extra patience, and close attention. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes purely from passion. I genuinely love animals and take great pride in ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved. Caring for pets doesn’t feel like work to me, it’s something I truly enjoy and take very seriously, always treating every animal as if they were my own.
