I’ve always loved being around animals and becoming a pet sitter feels very natural to me. Since moving to Paris, I sometimes feel a bit lonely and having animals around truly makes me happier and more at home. Back in the Netherlands, my parents have a black Labrador (Pippa) that I grew up with and I miss her a lot. Being able to spend time with other pets here really fills that gap for me!

I have experience both with my own dog and with dogs of friends that I’ve looked after before. I really enjoy taking them on long walks, especially in the park and spending time playing with them or just relaxing together! Every dog has their own personality and I like getting to know what makes them feel comfortable and happy :).

If I’m sitting your dog, I will be working from home, so they will never be left alone for long periods. I take dogs out three times a day: morning, afternoon and evening with long walks of about 1 to 1.5 hours (depending on the dog’s size, age and energy level). I usually walk in nearby green and calm areas like Mahsa Jîna Amini Garden, Parc des Buttes-Chaumont or along the Canal Saint-Martin, so your dog gets both exercise and a nice environment to explore.

I’m also very aware that for most people, their pet is like a child. I take that responsibility seriously and always pay attention to any specific needs or sensitivities a dog might have. My priority is to make sure they feel safe, cared for and at ease while they’re with me. 

In case of any issues or emergencies, I will always contact you immediately. If something urgent or serious happens, I will go straight to a vet to make sure your pet gets the care they need as quickly as possible.

I also only accept vaccinated pets into my home, to make sure it’s a healthy environment for everyone :)
