My name is Marie, I'm French and I've lived in Paris for 20 years, in a sadly too small apartment for a cat of my own.
I am however a giant lover of cats, grew up with them since day 1, and am from a generally ga-ga for cats family, where every single house has them.
My lap (and sometimes head!) is apparently their happy place, even when I'm at a terrace in the city, they'll crawl up on me for cuddles.

I catsit for friends here in town just to hang out with the adorable kitties, so I thought why not try it out in a bigger way !
I'm a virtual interior designer and I work for myself, from home, so I can bring my laptop and be a human presence for the cats in your life for a few hours a day, I can move very freely throughout the day, and the city. My clients are all american so I'm fully bilingual if that's helpful to you in any way.

I'm a very soft and quiet person in a room so I think that's why cats respond to me and get close and comfy very quickly, and I also give the most amazing head and ears massage that never fail to get the purrs going ;) I've never met a cat who didn't love me and I guess I just have free time and miss just hanging out with them all day ! So if you need a friend for your pet while you're away, I'm here ;)

Je m'appelle Marie, parisienne depuis 20 ans et malheureusement mon appartement est à mon goût un peu trop petit pour avoir un chat heureux.
Je me contente de calîner les animaux de ma famille (qui sont très nombreux!) et ceux de mes amis dès que possible, mais passer plus de temps entourée de ronrons me manque terriblement ! Alors je me suis dit, pourquoi pas ouvrir le champ de possibilités !

Je suis décoratrice d'intérieur à mon compte et à distance, je travaille donc de mon ordinateur et avec des horaires complètement flexibles, ce qui me permet de venir m'installer un petit moment avec vos félins, être une présence dans la pièce plutôt qu'un passage rapide et une interaction très limitée.
Je suis une personne très douce et calme autour des animaux, en plus d'avoir grandi toute ma vie entourée de chats, je pense que ça contribue aux liens rapides qui se font. Ils finissent toujours à ronronner sur mes genoux (ou ma tête ! ;p) donc je pense avoir secrètement la recette magique (et la bonne technique de gratouille derrière les oreilles...)

J'ai un rythme de vie très relax et flexible, et cela me manque juste de trainer avec des adorables petites boules de poils, donc si vos chats ont besoin de compagnie, je serais ravie de me faire des nouveaux copains :)
