I'm an English/American and bilingual (FR/EN) dog sitter living and working in the heart of Paris. I've always loved taking care of animals, especially my little Maltichon, Elvis, at my mother's home! 

Pet sitting is the ultimate dream job! I love promenading the streets of Paris and what better way to do than with a fur ball next to me?! I'm more than happy to also welcome animals into my home, check in on them, feed them, and generally care for their wellbeing. I live about a 30 minute walk from Buttes Chaumont, and am not far from the Canal St Martin either- two spots that are perfect for strolling about and playing with dogs. I'm also very happy to travel to your home and take care of your pets there. 

As I mentioned, I have a dog at home who I've grown up with, and have previous dog sitting experience in Paris. I tend to care for each pet by responding to their needs and behaviour. If a pet is particularly affectionate, I'll be receptive and give hugs, tummy rubs and spend more time focusing my attention on the animal. If the animal likes to be left alone, I respect that and just ensure that I am aware of their movements. This goes for dog walks as well, older dogs may struggle with long walks, and therefore I tend to ensure that they've gone out long enough to go to the bathroom but that they don't exert too much energy for their older body. If a dog is younger and more spritely, I am more than happy to go for longer walks, taking them further afield such as to Bois de Vincennes or Bois de Boulogne for the day! 

I strive to provide the utmost care and safety, both in my own home as well as in the streets. I've spent years also working with children and am therefore incredibly attentive when out in the road. 

I'm an early bird, and am happy to go for early morning runs and walks with my animal companion but again, will adapt to their needs as well as yours, the owners. 

I would prefer to only take vaccinated pets into my home and I hope that the owner would understand that!
